"I use YOUACO software a lot for participants in a 'KIDUM' program. Most participants report that the diagnosis is accurate as well as surprising in the amount of study tracks it offers. Older women, who did not think about education due to budget difficulties and lack of leisure, said it offered them options that could be applied. The level of suitability in terms of the level of studies as well as the suitability for the study tracks enables identification and a desire to learn that most of the participants in the program have been referred to curriculums, and few of them are considering studies later on. In addition, the fact that the diagnosis suits a profession from a wide range of possibilities causes a different view of the profession that will choose at the level of the app, which caused participants who did not believe in their abilities to decide to study a higher-paying profession. To me, as a promotion coordinator, he gives added value by aiming for a level of study, tells about the level of intelligence of the participant and predicts a little about her academic abilities in the future so that she does not invest in a field that is not worthwhile for her. The participants make the diagnosis at home and tell me that many times they have also recommended that their daughters undergo the diagnosis before choosing a subject/study track."
